Possessing an in-depth understanding of their community\u2019s experience, language, culture, and socioeconomic needs. CHWs also provide services, including outreach, advocacy, and care coordination. This program is available to residents of the 20-town region covered by The WorkPlace.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
